3rd Annual Caregiver Lunch & Learn Series!

Caregiver Lunch & Learn Series will be held at Senior Services in Winston-Salem on October 23, 30, November 6, 13 from 11:30am - 1:00pm.  Topics include VA, Medicare, Caregiving, Alzheimer's, and End of Life Care Planning.  Lunch provided.  Registration requested.  For more information, contact Dottie Lyvers at dlyvers@nwpcog.org or (336) 761-2111.
